Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Citylight Manager website and mobile app (the “Service”).

Citylight Manager is a tool for managing installation and replacement of outdoor advertising media, including locations, field work, and documentation of completed work.

Use of the Service requires an account. Access may be through email or a worker QR code, among other methods. You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at people under 16.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and these terms, to provide accurate information, and not to share your access with unauthorised people.

You retain rights to content you add to the Service. You grant us a licence to process that content as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Advertising-site locations added in the Service may be used to build and improve a global database of advertising locations, independently of any particular account.

We take reasonable care to keep the Service running properly. We may nonetheless interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, or faults, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, Service interruptions, lost profits, or the consequences of actions by users or third parties. We do not exclude liability where the law forbids it, in particular for damage caused intentionally.

Some features of the Service may be paid. Details, where they apply to an account, are provided in the Service or in a separate offer.

These terms apply from the moment you accept them and use the Service. You can delete your account in the app profile settings, or by requesting deletion at kontakt@citylightmanager.pl. We may limit or end access if you breach these terms or the law.

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on the website and in the app. After a material change we may ask you to accept the terms again the next time you sign in.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction for the provider’s registered address, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
